  • Auto-Routing & Splines: Leverage your CAD routing engine to dynamically generate 3D splines through the established wireways, linking corresponding connection points based on your schematic netlist.

  • Bundle Diameter Calculation: Input accurate outer diameter (OD) specifications for every wire conductor. Ensure the 3D model accurately reflects thick, bundled wiring harnesses rather than simple, idealized lines.

  • Minimum Bend Radii Validation: Set up design rule checks within the software to automatically flag any violation of the minimum bend radius—particularly for stiff high-power cables or delicate fiber-optic communication lines.
