Triggered when schematics, 3D models, and BOMs are completed and approved. This covers the bulk of our intellectual property creation.
Procurement Release — 30%
Paid before purchasing materials.
Assembly & Integration Milestone — 30%
Covers labor and shop time once the physical build begins.
Final Delivery Balance — 10%
Paid at handoff of the completed system, documentation, and acceptance testing.
What is your project cancellation or refund policy?
Because our work is structured around progressive technical gates, projects may be paused or canceled at the completion of any milestone. Any engineering hours or procurement costs incurred up to the current design gate are non-refundable, and all completed design documentation up to that milestone will be handed over to the client.
How are invoices and accounting documentation handled?
Formal invoices, progress payment receipts, and milestone completion certificates are automatically issued through our secure client portal (Google Workspace) upon clearing each technical gate. If your accounting department requires specific purchase order (PO) formatting or vendor onboarding documentation, coordinate with our assigned project manager.
